Liana has a passion for community, collective action and building strong relationships. When she is not at mahi, you will find her on the sideline of many a sporting location supporting her eldest son, or watching paw patrol with her youngest son. She also loves camping, hanging out with friends and whānau and anything to do with rugby (Go the Highlanders)

Tayla is one of those people that never sits down, pops up doing mahi all over town and is the first to put her hand up to help someone. When she is not at mahi…….who are we kidding she is always at mahi! She spends a lot of time at her two girls sports, walking her dogs and feeding the many people that just show up wherever she is. Tayla has a passion for consistency in the youth space, so she will always turn up for our youth, for breakfast, for sport, for dinner, she is their #1 cheerleader!

The newest member of our team, Daniel brings a whole new meaning to the word’s passion, enthusiasm and commitment. One of Daniels biggest goals is to get rangatahi off their devices and outside. Daniel does nothing by halves, so you better believe if he is running a basketball day that he has a full Chicago Bulls uniform on under his clothes. He is excited to be starting his career in the youth sector and getting our youth outside! Daniel’s favourite phrase………Up The Wahs!!!!

Known as La to his friends, La is really excited to be getting to know the local youth and how he can help them. His passion is to promote healthy minds healthy bodies and healthy communities. “Motivation will get you started discipline will keep you going”. Most of the time you will find La enjoying whatever Tayla has cooked in the hangout, playing the guitar or out and about getting active with the youth.
