Do you feel the pressure build when you hear the word ‘exam’?

Have you felt anxious, nervous, concerned, upset or down?

Well Cromwell Youth Trust want you to know that it is OK to have those feelings and that it is important to know you have the strength to overcome those feelings through various ways. CYT have developed an engaging programme designed around supporting the development of a healthier mind & body that we hope can support you through your exams and also in the future.

If you are aged from 16-18 years old, or who are enrolled in Years 11 – 13, you are eligible to take part in with our ‘Find Your Balance’ Youth Development Programme.

This programme encompasses FOUR (4) various coping mechanisms, including Fitness & Nutrition, Massage, Yoga and Meditation. These are delivered by professionals and businesses that are skilled and masters of their fields.

when does the ‘Fitness & Nutrition’ programme run?

This section that focuses on fitness and nutrition is being run on Tuesday 29th October from 6pm – 8pm

What location is the ‘Fitness & Nutrition’ programme:

You will be required to meet at Central Fitness which is located in The Mall

Do we have to register for all of the activities?

Cromwell Youth Trust are offering you the opportunity to select which activities you would like to do, and that you would feel comfortable doing. Each activity is different and unique and we hope you would feel comfortable joining in all of them, but we put the choice in your hands.

We are excited to have these programmes only operate at a minimal cost of $5 per activity – and that is able to occur from the support of all our supporters for this programme.

what should i bring:

We recommend clothing that is suitable for the activity including a water bottle. Other then that it is just a case of bringing along yourself!


Programmes developed and operated by Cromwell Youth Trust are designed to provide youth with the opportunity to have an enjoyable and fun experience in a safe and supportive environment. Our goals are to also support the development of essential life skills through experiential learning. All of our programmes are monitored by our experienced Youth Workers.
