Cromwell Youth Trust have a warm, welcoming and homely location available to rent for groups, businesses or organisations.

Located in the heart of Central Otago, in Cromwell, our space is the perfect spot to bring people together.

When can we book the space?

Due to the nature of our work our Youth Worker team use the space from Mondays to Fridays.
Our operational hours are from 10am - 6pm. Due to this we can only allow bookings for the following:

- Mondays - Fridays between 6pm - 10pm
- Saturday and Sundays between 8am - 10pm

Please note that bookings are not guaranteed.

What is the cost of hiring the space?

Cromwell Youth Trust charge a fee for the use of our space. The fee is dependant on your organisation - if you are a charity you will recieve a smaller fee.

If your booking is confirmed; due to availability, then we will provide an invoice for payment prior to the use of our space.

What do we have access too?

Our space has a fully equipped kitchen (with two ovens and a microwave), Zip Hot Water unit, two internal toilets (one which is wheelchair accessible), large 8 seater table & chairs, comfortable couches, two televisions (one wall mounted for presentation use) and if you have some spare time to play a quick pool game or jam out on our music equipment then feel free!

We also have an accessibility ramp that provides easy access to our building as well as appropriate first aid kits and fire safety equipment.

You will not be permitted to enter our office space - which is locked.

How do we book?

Simply email our team at info@cromwellyouthtrust.co.nz and request your preferred date/s and time/s.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed until a member of the CYT team has informed you if the space is available. We recommend to contact our team as early as possible to ensure you are not left disappointed if we are unable to accommodate your booking request.
